Principals Welcome

Hi I am Beverley Manson , Principal and owner of Wonderland Educare. Wonderland  Educare was established in 2002 in Tableview and within our first 3 years we grew out of our first premises in Circle road and built our own school in Marlborough Way in Parklands. We have been happy in our new home for the last 10 years and have now outgrown it. So we took a decision to build a brand new facility in Sunningdale. We acquired land some 18 months previous and completed building in September 2015.

We were very excited about our new project and can assure you that a tremendous amount of planning has gone into the building and its facilities. 

The school is a licenced facility in terms of the Child Care Act  and the Schools Act  and provides childcare for children from 3 months old  to Grade R. We are a registered           indpendent school with Western Cape Department of Education as well as have a registered NELDS program with the Department of Social Development. So what does all this mean? Well , it means that should you decide to bring your child to our school , you can be rest assured that your child is in good hands.Schools such as ourselves are highly regulated by both the Act and the Department of Social development.

Registration Certificates for all registered schools should be displayed at the school , and you can take comfort in the fact that you have legal recourse through the Department of Social services should you find  ourselves and other school not complying with the Act.

Wonderland Educare is accepting enrolments for 2022.  School starts in  January 2022. The school is filling up , so we suggest you visit us to look at our facility and see if we have what you are looking for. We offer a complete education system, love and care for your child, as well as cooked breakfast , cooked lunch and afternoon snack. School starts at 6.30am and closes at 6.00pm.We are open throughout the year and close only once a year in December for two weeks holiday and public holidays.
